I just moved to this complex and I am so happy I’ve chosen this place!!! The area is nice and quiet and the apartments are really nice!! The property manager LaTorya has is super helpful, always answers any inquiries I have, and really cares about the tenants. Maintenance team is amazing!! They get the job done and quickly work to resolve any maintenance issues you have. I highly recommend Cobblestone Cove!!!

Fairly close to the University of Montevallo. Built in the late 70s so room sizes are an adequate size and there are lights in the ceiling! Bathrooms are okay. Kitchen had plenty of counter space and counters. It has been updated. There's room for a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Property is clean and the neighbors were nice each time I visited.
Management was extremely nice and personable. I enjoyed her interacting with other tenants, like they were family. Occupacy is high with only a couple apartments available at a time. The apartments are income restricted, which means you can't make over a certain amount annually to live there. Though I ultimately chose another place to live closer into Birmingham, Cobblestone Cove would be a nice place to live if given a chance.
