A decade will fly by before they even call you to go sit another decade in the second waiting area. I been sitting in the exam room for some years now. Gray hair coming in.

The people at check in were unhelpful, uncaring and argumentative. The only reason for being here was the fact that my company pays for this awful service. Go elsewhere if you can. The one in Tillman’s Corner was great compared to this mess. Hope to never get sent here for this kind of mistreatment again.

Not friendly. Minimum 3 hours waiting. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you have time.

One of the shadiest experiences I have had. Went here for pre-employment drug screening, for working for the City of Mobile. The staff was fairly unhelpful and the office was extremely old and outdated. The doctor was also somewhat....odd and seemed uncaring if he did his job well or not. If you have the choice, I recommend somewhere else to get screened.

Went into this place at 7:48 am for a simple drug screen . I walked out at 8:50am . Two employees standing around the front desk talking, one with a coffee mug in her hand , the other two at the front desk was actually working. They walk slow, they work slow, they move slow. They are never in a mood to get you in and out. They work like they hate their job. It's crazy. The last time I went here I had to wait because the lab tech and the doctor was running late. It should not take this long for a simple drug screen when you have multiple people working. Something really needs to be done about this office . Either retrain or hire people who actually want to work.
