        I had a great experience having Dr. Hulick as my surgeon. Being from out of state, i had no idea who would be doing my surgery, but I feel I got the best. Please pass that on to him. Thanks

        I do not recommend him. I saw him on 1 Apr for my shoulder. He referred me to his colleague. Said he must get approval from workmans comp before he could do so. On 4 Apr was informed that he had not filled his notes that are required before workmans comp would proceed. On 8 Apr was informed that he had still not filled his notes. I find it most unlikely that he can even remember my name let alone my diagnosis a week after seeing me to compile his notes. My pain has increased daily and it appears that he has no sense of urgency when it comes to patient care.
