Village at Midtown

No one has been here to replace the drywall or get rid of the mold since the second leak in the hot water closet in July. Not has anyone been here to change lightbulbs from my request about 2 - 3 weeks ago. I'll be glad to give a better request when something gets done.

The Maintennance company that repaired the water leak in the bathroom performed a very good job. The leak was repaired and they cleaned up after very good. The two holes need to be covered once it is sure it is dry. They were very professional.

Let me begin by being blunt; this property has a lot of issues. These issues are a direct result of poor management and overall neglect from the PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT. The current PM, namely ANGELA CRAWFORD, inherited a beast! Village of Midtown, WE have a beast slayer in our Property Manager ANGELA CRAWFORD! I have had not one, but two major issues since my family and I moved here in July. Please allow me to say in all honesty that my situation could not have been handled with any more professionalism than if I had personally handled it myself. Ms. Crawford’s prompt, professional and personal management approach makes her an invaluable asset to this property. To my fellow residents, let’s give Ms. Crawford a chance to correct the issues we are facing. I had an opportunity, as a part of resolution to my issues, to speak with Ms. Crawford’s immediate supervisor RHONDA THREATT. Ms. Threatt is now personally aware of the major neglect this property has suffered as a result of poor PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT and per her promise to me and the residents of this beautiful property, she is going to do what it takes to make this property reflect the title “Luxury Apartments”. Both ANGELA CRAWFORD and RHONDA THREATT expressed in I believe all sincerity that they don’t want us, the residents of The Village at Midtown, to live in conditions less than we deserve and less than they themselves would want to live in. I trust what they say.
