I Wish i could give 0 strars! But RUNNNN fast as you can away from this place! The worst of the worst since they have been under new management! Poor customer service skills in the leasing office, very rude and will lie on you! On top of all of that they get mad at you for making sure they do their JOB! They will let you go without a/c for 2 months! And ignore your maintenance requests and then when you come up there they ban you from the leasing office for 7 days! Even with the no a/c for 2 months the bathroom celing is molding and instead of them fixing the issue they just want to patch it up and repaint over it. The maintenance men do nothing but ride around all day on the lil golf carts. And the manager Ashley is veryyy i mean beyond rude! Do not rent from this place somebody should call the state on them to investigate!

Poor maintenance and security. They take 2 months after you put up a service request to attend to your needs you are paying extremely high prices for services you never receive. The property maintenance and people working in the office are extremely bad with performing general duties. Stagnant sewer water right outside the house and the maintenance team does not even bother to address this issue and this has been like since a little over a month. Waking up to this is and facing issues of raccoons because of this .
