They removed my review from months ago purchased a suv from Sun Coast about 4 months ago and the transmission went out a week later been in the shop ever since because multiple things are going wrong with it while in shop . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! SunCoast city more like Lemon city.

I found a 2020 dodge charge. Me and the sales man agreed on a down payment on the car after he looked at my credit score...when the loan was approved and I'm ready to sign and pickup the sales man for the car cane back to asking me to put a bigger down-payment on the after we agreed to the amount. Been trying to reach management and they do not answer call back and refuse to talk to customers. I am a DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN who is looking for a car to purchase to go back and forth to my Doctors appointments. Sun coast auto in mobile, AL is truly a disappointment after they were recommended to me. I will not recommend this dealership or any other sun coast auto dealership to nobody.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and so helpful when it came to financing. I will definitely keep coming back.
