Lisa Miracle worked hard to find me a truck that suited my needs. It wasnt the truck I wanted, but that fault lies with Ford themselves and not the dealership. I will look forward to working with Lisa again in the future and my purchases with Ford products.

I bought a certified SUV BMW X3 28i with Mr. Jeremy Muniz. I can't thank him enough for the patience and his dedication to the dealership as the vehicle had issues - voltage issue which was turning the vehicle off completely once I was in a stop or traffic. He made sure that everything was remediated - new tires, new battery, new windshield, new back tail lights, sync retractable cover, 75K maintenance, detail, and new mass air flow valve. His attention to details and his customer service is highly appreciated. That's why I keep returning to Mullinax ford of Mobile. This have been my 6th vehicle that I've purchased from the dealership and 5th time with Mr. Muniz. Thank you for what you do. Highly recommend Mr. Muniz as a sales person yall wont be disappointed.

I found a 2024 Red Ford Mavric, fully loaded with an MSRP of $37 thousand on Autotrader at Mullinax Ford. I sent them an inquiry to see if they still had it. Shortley, I received a call from Jeremy Muniz. He said they still had it and wanted to set up a test drive. I told him it would be 5 hours before I could get there. He said he would need a $500 deposit to hold the truck until I could get there which I paid with a credit cad. When I got there, they had washed it and removed the window sticker. After a quick look over and a short drive, we went in to talk. He offered me the tuck for $34,569. With an MSRP of $37 thousand that sounded like a fair price, so I accepted it. I also paid to have it delivered the next day. They delivered at the time that they said they would. After they left, I was looking over the truck and found some torn up paper in the glove compartment. I pieced it back together and it was the original window sticker for the truck. The MSRP was $32 thousand. That is when I realized I had fell for the old Con Man Trick of Bait and Switch I would not recommend Mullinax for anything and worn anyone have to deal with them to Buyer beware and make sure there is a valid window sticker.
