Arbors At Hillcrest Apartments

Dreadful place to live. My last day living there, my thug neighbor beat his girlfriend bloody and proceeded to chase her into the parking lot while waving a pistol around. Drugs (particually marijuana) can be smelt down almost ever hallway. DO NOT move into #208. Every heavy rain you can expect about 1-2 inches of water in your apartment. You can also expect mold as they redid nothing after floods. The prissy fellow in the office has a terrible attitude, the older lady is on to many meds and the manager...I can't post what she is.

I used to really hate this place and unfortunately couldn't afford to move for some time. However, we were recently bought out by a new company, and that alone has made a world of difference. We're getting a lot of repairs done, no more patch jobs with things taken from vacant apartments, no more waiting days for work to be done by guys you wouldn't give a lift to in your car... Sure, it's not great, the apartments are old and the walls are thin... But the location and the way they've turned things around, it's not so bad anymore. Not like it used to be. So over all? Give it a shot.

We have lived here for several years. The rent is reasonable, the maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, and neighbors are quiet and friendly, but respectful.

When me and my girlfriend first moved in we were so excited about our first place together not realizing how shitty this place was.when we moved in half the doors were being held together by dried paint. It took us 6 months to get the bottom shelf to our fridge,two drawers in our kitchen have broken and have yet to be fixed,our a/c isnt working and we are literally roasting during the day...the washer is messed up and leaves spots all over our clothes,on top of all that the place is over ran by german roaches! They are in the walls,air vents,EVEN OUR FRIDGE AND OVEN,I've taken pictures and even shown our neighbors. People are always fighting,moving in and out,a lady even shot and killed her husband our first month there. My girlfriend witnessed a robbery,the pool is never clean,the laundry room is filthy and people will steal your stuff if your gone for even 5 minutes. DONT NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
