Bay View Apartments

Management done made a rule that no one can park in their parking lot except the legal owner of the vehicle. Now this is totally rude crude and not convenient for disabled residents. Example: one is a resident of a unit. They're temporarily driving a friend's car. Because of this new rule, their car is parked in the visitor space which is a distance from the apartment unit. If they have laundry or groceries ,how will they make it? AND WHAT DOES THE OWNERSHIP OF THE CAR HAVE TO DO WITH THE OCCUPANCY? another thing about this unreasonable complex they're evicting residents without remorse as to the most obvious reason that some did not receive the government's funds from unemployment but nooooo this management wants their rent. Can't refer this COMPANY at all.
