Linda, the new apartment manager, has done a great job of reviving the place! I highly recommend the 1 bedroom apartments because they are well-priced, have a big beautiful window in the bedroom and giant closets/bathrooms. If you can, get an upstairs apartment. I lived here for a year and was pleased with the maintenance staff and management. It's an easy walk to the USA campus, a food mart, an international food store, and a breakfast place.

Once was a great place, but went down hill, car got hit in parking lot, neighbors started fighting and shooting. Moved out for my safety.

I've had the pleasure of living at Kingswood Apartments in Mobile, Alabama, for two years, and it's truly been a wonderful experience. One of the highlights for me has been the management team (Linda especially) here. They're not just professional, but genuinely caring and responsive, making every interaction pleasant and effective.The amenities have been a significant part of my positive experience. The dog park, which opens right into my backyard, has been a beautiful with the open space. It's spacious, well-maintained, and a great place to meet other pet owners in the community. The small gym is perfect for my daily workouts, and the pool area is my go-to spot for relaxation and leisure, especially during the warmer months. The availability of grills has also been fantastic for weekend gatherings and cookouts. Price-wise, I feel like I've found a gem. The value you get for the amenities, the quality of living, and the location is unbeatable. Speaking of location, Kingswood Apartments is situated in one of the best areas in Mobile, offering convenience and accessibility to various local attractions and essentials.Most importantly, I have had zero problems during my stay here. Everything from the application process to day-to-day living has been smooth sailing. It's rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes great management, excellent amenities, good prices, and a prime location. Kingswood Apartments does just that, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home. For anyone considering a move to Mobile or looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend checking out Kingswood Apartments.
