As a new patient I'm always a bit uneasy when it comes to seeing a dentist. However her staff from the moment you schedule to the cleaning and into the even more intensive procedures were all done with my fears in mind. The cleaning left my teeth sparkly and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.

Make sure you arrive about 30 min early if you're a new patient. The doctor and hygenist were nice; however, I was very displeased with the waiting time (50 minutes to get to the chair). Because the waiting time was so long, I was asked to reschedule my cleaning for a different day. I called and cancelled the appointment once I got home. I was subsequently mansplained waiting time for new patient appointments by the office manager.

I was so excited to try this office, and the cleaning went well, and that’s where I wish we had stopped. I’ve been to Dr. Bellamy twice- once for my cleaning that turned into me have my fillings, that were fine (no pain, no sensitivity whatsoever), replaced and the second time was for her to fix the issues I had with the fillings that she put in. I am not happy with the initial service of fillings I received at her recommendation-shape and I just don’t feel they were necessary after getting a second opinion that looked over my before and after x-rays; I didn’t appreciate the run around trying to get my dental records, after requesting them. I was told they couldn’t be sent electronically(this is not true. Copies dental records are the patients and should be released within 24-48 hours of signing for them per the dental board compliance officer); I wasted time driving to the office only for them to email the form I needed to sign bc the signature in the office wasn’t sufficient bc their printer didn’t print it the release correctly.I was told by the service manager (her husband) that business had slowed down due to Covid; I don’t know if that played a factor in the suggested treatment plan; it definitely feels that way.. I accept my mistake in not just saying no, but I trusted Dr. Bellamy to make a suggestion that was necessary and beneficial to me as her patient. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Staff is very friendly and they provide excellent dental services.
