You can definitely see the difference in reviews 3 years ago when you weren't treated like a criminal by the non educated tellers. Especially the the old fat one at the window .She is rude from the get go.Hope they enjoy their jobs until everything crashes and we go back to the gold standard. AOD use to be a nice credit union not anymore. Can't wait until people find out how they have took and lied .Can't wait for the gold standard and the real liars will be BANKRUPT.

I went to deposit a business expense check. I am a disabled veteran who banks primarily with USAA, however I like to have a local bank for cashing checks. I wanted to cash this check for a down payment on my sons first car. They refused to cash the check and were treating me with suspicion. I am a home owner with an 825 credit score. I will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on. Closing my AOD account tomorrow.

No phone number to call the Jacksonville AOD. The wait time just to get someone to answer the phone is awful. It goes to a main office. Then waiting again for someone to answer.
