My daughter is a student at JSU and works at The Cookout and they do not provide direct deposit to their employees. Her paycheck is DRAWN on Wells Fargo Bank and I think it is despicable to charge SEVEN DOLLARS to cash it out for her. Shame on this bank for charging such a high fee to students working their way through college.

The guy that works the window is so rude. I dont know if he just hates me or hates his job in general but he makes it feel like I ruin his day every time I come to deposit cash. He will fully service multiple other cars in the other lane that got there after me before he even greets me. He barely says anything to me at all, doesnt ask which account I want the money in, and does it all in a very condescending tone finishing with an anything else? I understand hating your job, but he makes it feel like Im an inconvenience for depositing cash or a check at a bank.

The service and processes at Wells Fargo are absolutely ridiculous. I was looking to speak to a commercial lender for the purchase of commercial property (Over $10M). First I called them and the gentleman kept me on the phone for over 25 minutes. Stating he needs more information. After taking down all my information. He transferred me to what he said was a commercial lender. When I spoke to this lady she kept me on the phone for over 15 minutes stating that I needed to create a business account with her. I gave here details and then she said "Oh she cant create one" I need to physically go into a branch. So I wasted about 40 minutes of time and never got to speak to a commercial lender. She said she needs to provide a reference to a commercial lender and he will reach back out. This is the most insane process of trying to speak to a banker. Horrible.

So I made a deposit thru the ATM and was told it would clear in 4 days, which I understood. But it cleared Nov 1 and 8 hours later they took it back. I went into this branch in the morning and I must say they have kept me for life because of the ladies in this bank going above and beyond to fix my issue.. I am pleased enough to open my Business account t with them now!!!
