I contacted Mr. Howerton to get advice on a front porch that had been structurally damaged by a contractor during foundation repair. We had never met in person. He was able to review the photos I sent and give me welcome advice on how to proceed with the project and what to insist on with the contractor. He was courteous, pleasant and professional. I will use him again the next time I need similar advice.
