Best restaurant in town. Schnitzel is always a good choice, along with the cucumber salad, and a beer. If you love German food this is the place for you.

Wanted something different on a business trip so we selected Hildegards. We were all VERY impressed! The food was outstanding! We sampled several of the appetizers: Pretzel & Beer Cheese, Asparagus Rolls, Goulash, and Kabob. All of it was great! I got the Bavarian Schnitzel and simple wow! It was so good, tender, and flavorful! I had the fried potatoes and kaespaetzel (german pasta salad) which were both delicious. The food all of my other coworkers had was equally good. I would highly recommend if youre looking for some German food or just something different!

This place is great! The Jgerschnitzel is out of this world! Everyone should try this and I will definitely be back.
