Crystal was very professional and helpful in finding us a new home and selling our old one. She provided excellent guidance and was honest with us throughout the process . She was easy to get in touch with and provided a better experience overall than our previous real estate experience in the area. She also was resourceful in connecting us with contractors to have repairs made in a short time frame after inspection. We were very happy with her services and highly recommend her.

Crystal is an absolutely AMAZING realtor and person! She went above and beyond during the entire experience from listing to closing. Her attention to detail and expertise offered toward our decisions was hands down the best! Even with us being out of state, she handled everything from start to finish and walked us through the entire process so we felt comfortable. We worked with Crystal in early 2021 to both buy a new house, and then list and sell our old house. Our experience with her was exceptional! Crystal is professional and knowledgeable about the ever changing residential real estate market in North Alabama. The advice she gave us about making the best offer got us closed on our new house in Madison in less than 2 months, then we were under contract for our old house in only a week at full asking price! On a side note, I am also a licensed real estate agent but I only transact commercial properties with operating businesses. Despite having general real estate training, I never would have dreamed of going it alone or doing a FSBO in the current residential real estate market. We wanted a professional advisor who is active buying and selling everyday. In today's market, it's just a waste of time to work with a part-time realtor or try to DIY your offers and listings.
