B&B Jewelers have always been great to work with. I would never go anywhere else. From repairs to making my custom engagement ring and wedding bands. Tim worked with me and was great. We came here ring shopping and I highly recommend them. Professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Great selection with lots of options. From our interactions I felt I could trust the staff's knowledge and recommendations. The store has a really useful tool/display that shows different carat sizes for different gem cuts. The example gems are magnetic and can attach to different styles of bands so you can see what your envisioned ring might look like before you commit. They also carry and can order Moissanite. I had not found another local jewelry that had Moissanite in stock. Karen was great about asking me questions and listening to my answers. She showed me a few different options and talked me through possible variations and options they could order. She let me try on different combinations (to see what fit my fingers and also what styles went together for a ring and a matching band). Karen also showed me the difference between diamonds and Moissanite and was very respectful about our decision to go with Moissanite. She helped recommend both the carat size and gem quality. I felt very comfortable and confident in her guidance. Karen brought over Tim to discuss modifications to one ring setting. I was equally impressed with his craft knowledge (well paired with Karen's style and design skills). He drew us a diagram to help explain his recommendations and researched possible options for ordering what we wanted. He helped explain different settings for gems (their strengths and weakness) and ultimately found us a setting that didn't need to be modified. I can't say enough how comfortable I felt with the experience and with my purchase (waiting for the ring to be delivered). My fiancé and I were looking for a ring from a local shop for a while, and this was our last stop before resorting to online. The other local jewelers were . not the experience we were looking for (dismissive if you were not interested in anything less than a 8k diamond or couldn't guarantee where the diamonds came from, etc.). While the chain stores had wonderful staff and were really helpful, we decided we didn't want a diamond and I am so glad we found B&B!

The prongs holding the stone in my ring needed restoration, and we were glad to find this locally owned and long established jeweler. Their workmanship on this repair is a work of art in itself. The ring has never looked better. We will be customers of B&B Jewelers from now on. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very nice people to deal with.

Had some good and not so good experience here, along with my fiance. They ordered the wrong color of my ring before I even got it, and tried to make my fiance pay for them to send it back off. Fast forward to me getting my ring, and needing it resized, so I got it back and they made a change to the sizing WITHOUT asking me before hand. I come in again (2nd resizing) and ask for Tim, the owner who was very friendly and I get it sized to what I wanted. Got it sized within 30 minutes. A couple weeks later, ends up still not being right sizing, and I go back today to ask for it to be sized again and the female employee was very rude about my sizing. Tried to give me a size that she thought I needed, not what felt good on my finger. And then says "I'll get it done when I can" very rudely. I've recommended this small owned business to many of my dating friends, but I will not anymore. Along with my fiance and I planning on getting our bands from here, we will now look elsewhere.
