        I visited 6 different jewelers in the HSV area with my girlfriend (now fiance') to get an idea of what ring to buy for engagement. Osborne's was an absolute standout on professionalism and general assistance. At that time I had never bought jewelry of any kind, and now I have purchased wedding bands as well as repair work for a family watch from Osborne's. The entire team is knowledgeable and personable. They can help anybody across the spectrum of jewelry aficionado to a clueless boyfriend who needs help with engagement ring hunting. Jesse is my go to person, but anybody in store can give you a great experience and a coffee to sip while you peruse.

And after a few sizing adjustments the team made it right and provided amazing customer service and support. I have truly never seen such great customer service and a family like environment.
