BEST online sneaker store. I 2 pair of Converse (Run Star Motion & All Star lift) ordered on Monday, my order was delivered on Thursday- Alabama to Texas! They also included a cute little thank you note (it's the details ) Huntsville Zumiez = top notch, EXCELLENT employees.

My husband and I went to the store last night to buy our 10 year old a skateboard and it was such a great experience! I really wish I knew the name of our salesperson, but I can describe them a little bit- in high school, skateboarder themselves, just broke their ankle(well, their girlfriend did lol), and so knowledgeable. They helped us pick an appropriate size board for our kiddo and recommended new bearings and changed them out for us. They also helped us pick out pads and a helmet for him. They were super nice, gave us some great advice on how to get him started, and overall just really rad. They told us if he had any problems to just bring the board back and they could adjust things as needed. We had never stepped foot in Zumiez before, but our son wouldn't stop talking about getting a skateboard. I'm very glad we gave the store a chance since I had no idea they sold skateboards at all- I don't go to the mall often these days. Not sure if they'll be around if have to go back in, but good luck in the future- you seem to have it figured out! I also don't want to leave out the other salesperson though! They were super nice as well, but they ended up getting busy on the register after talking to us and that's totally cool because it was busy! Basically 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We will go back if we need any adjustments or anything else for him in the future.

5 stars the customer service by Andy was great, he helped me figure out the size I needed and which grip would do which thing as best I needed and he helped me grip it

Today was my first time visiting this store. A few of the staff members were friendly,but the sales associate who assisted me wasnt very helpful or professional. I was shopping for a pair of roller skates and wasnt sure of which size Id need, as I didnt know how the sizing of the skates ran. The young lady seemed to have an issue with the fact that I needed two different sizes and became visibly frustrated with my request before stating: I dont feel like carrying down two pair of heavy skates. I understand that the items are heavy, however, you were hired to assist the customer not tell them what you dont feel like doing. Clearly, she didnt see anything wrong with speaking to customers any kind of way. To be fair, she did bring both skates and stated that she was too frail to lift the skatesNot offering an apology or anything (go figure). Based on the customer service that I received today, Ill never frequent this store again. Which sucks because the skates are super cute and Id planned to purchase another pair.
