Without doubt, buying a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Siano Appliance of Huntsville, Alabama ended up being the worst purchasing experience I have ever endured.  It started out pleasantly enough when on 15 March 2022 we bought the dishwasher from salesperson Jimmy for $1532.23, with assurances that the make and model were in stock and would be picked up at the Memphis warehouse early the following week and delivered to our home soon after.  At that time, we explained to Jimmy we had purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from them 5 years ago and they installed it in our kitchen and that the dishwasher is located at the end of the counter and not next to the sink.  We asked him to note that and advise the installation team that the dishwasher would require longer hoses than ones located next to kitchen sinks. He assured me he would inform the installers of the dishwasher location, advising that their installer was "the best in the business" and would have no problem with the installation.  Imagine my surprise when installer Chad arrived on 29 March and upon seeing where the dishwasher was located became irate, insisting the installation could not be done.  I told him the salespeople were well aware of the dishwasher location and his company installed the old one.  This only increased his rage (and it was rage at this point).  He said the three hoses he might be able to cobble together wouldn't be long enough to reach the sink.  I interjected those three hoses might cause a leak problem, something I didn't want to deal with.  With that, Chad exploded, shouting "F___k you" at me several times and indicating his displeasure with his middle finger twice before jumping in the truck and departing, with the new and fully paid for dishwasher.  I contacted Siano locally and at their headquarters in Memphis.  They called me back after I told them all this and said my only choice would be to pick up the appliance and install it myself.  I declined to do so.
