Called the guy for a simple tire change because the petro didn't have an overnight tech and he asked "are you sure you want me to come out?" Then proceeded to tell me he charges $400 just to come out at night! That's not including the tire and labor! Limped it to the loves 8 miles down the road and they did my tire quickly and at a reasonable price. Definitely will never use this crook!

Chris is phenomenal and very Knowledgeable. I highly recommend if you need roadside assistance. This is who you need to call when you need help. Can’t say enough good things. Just incredible service and amazing people!! Dirt Road Mobile Truck Repair is A++.

I had a fuel problem in my truck, so I called Dirt Road after reading their reviews. I told him over the phone that it wasnt getting enough fuel when under a load. He shows up at the truck an hour later than what he told me. He got out and looked at the truck, neve got a tool out and called and told me it was an injector and that he couldn't fix it. I got it to a mechanic near by, and it ended up being a clogged up fuel line. I called dirt road to get my money back because he told me wrong, nor did he even try to diagnose it. He hung up on me and sent me a text that he wasn't playing these games. He actually just rode to the truck to make a service call so he could charge me. He never tried to diagnose anything. He only told me what I had already to him it was doing over the phone. Beware!!!!

Extremely expensive: Before he even comes out it’s $380. $130 per hour with 2 hours of minimum which is 260+120 call out. So before he even does anything it’s $380 I’ve had him change fan belt on Thermo King which he charged $137 for belt Long story short 30 minute job cost me $517.
