For me getting any repairs done on my vehicles or purchasing tires has never been a pleasant experience. So when I realized that I needed new tires and I needed them pretty quick, and I had a very narrow budget to work in, I started calling tire shops in my area and it was looking rather grim. I simply could not afford the prices they were quoting me. Due to some serious health issues concerning my daughter money is really tight for our family right not and so is our schedule. So I called Terry at OK TIRES here in Rainbow City Alabama and explained my situation. She heard my desperation and was not only able to help but she beat everyone elses price by over $100. She provided me with extremely affordable and fast service and I cannot speak highly enough of her and her compassionate customer service. Teri, thank you so much for getting me and my kid safely back on the road. When youre on your way to meet with a neurosurgeon for your daughter nothing can stand in the way of that appointment. Teri and her team made sure that we were in and out and back on the road safely and for that I am so grateful.
