Arrived on time and was greeted by a fine young man (Josh). They test drove our SUV and found out the problem and received an estimate. I will have to return to have repairs done after I discuss the problem with my spouse.

3/11/24 Update Tire pressure sensors were reading incorrectly and had a nail in one tire. They fixed both quickly and without charge (I bought the tires here). Great customer service folks. Yall need to get your tires here! 1/9/24 - Update Called yesterday to schedule a time for free rotation. Appt this morning at 8 AM; arrived 15 mins early. They had me in and out by 8:20. Others customers were being handled very promptly and courteously. 10/16/23 Returned due to continue slow leak in same tire. They found a puncture near the sidewall that couldnt be repaired. Due to their road hazard coverage, they provided a new tire with minimum cost (shipping, installation, mileage use, new road coverage). In other words, I got a new replacement tire (original cost $275) for less than $100. These are the folks to use for tire needs. First rotation of new tires. Made an early appointment; fast in & out. Free rotation & brakes check. All staff members very personable & professional. My new go to place for tires. Today 9/18/23 I stopped by Stephensons Florence Blvd to have on of my tires (purchased from them) checked for a slow leak. They found that it needed a new valve stem, so they replaced it. No charge! They said that came under flat fixing! Stop here for your next set of tires.
