Dropped my GMC Yukon off to have a repair made. Was left sitting for weeks and never touched. Every time I spoke to them, they were going to get it in that week but never did. I picked it up and took it elsewhere.

The team was able to diagnose a potentially catastrophic problem with my vehicle's steering system within minutes of it being on the lift. They were aware of the fact that I was out of town visiting relatives, and still needed to make the two and a half hour drive home. They made room in their schedule to ensure I made it back home safely, and on time. Excellent shop.
