    Where doctors go when they can't find a job elsewhere. Beautiful building. ER doctor rude. Another doctor was trying to remove my wife from oxygen, after being on oxygen for over three years. Last choice for care, if you have a choice.

    Dr's, Nurses and staff were awesome however, billing and admin created insurance problems that go disregard by any attempt to fix what I've been dealing with since November 2023! I've been dealing with the highest level of incompetents within their accounting department and their sublet/contracted patient services. My insurance pays 100% and I received a bill for $1,600 that they claimed my insurance refused to pay. After about a total of 5 hours of phone conversations, I finally felt that they got it cleared up... About four weeks goes by and another attempt for collecting the $1,600 with the threat of placing the debt for collection. Now I get a three way phone call with billing, my insurance and myself. This was almost embarrassing to listen to as the repeat problem was remedially handled with again, payment made. All parties hung up satisfied that the billing issue has finally been resolved. Now... Today I receive a phone call from a collection agency wanting to know how I'm going to make a $40.90 payment for the shortage in payment to North Alabama Medical Center? I'm going to estimate that I have over 20 hours of phone time trying to get past their system, incompetence and lack of caring.
