        I came in 2 days ago, my current phone wasn't holding a charge. I asked about getting new phone was told I still had 4 months to payoff this one. Called main customer service paid insurance fee got new phone. Came in today to get all my info transferred to new phone. All I hot were contacts. No apps etc. The agent did t really seem to be too enthusiastic to be there. Bad experience

        It's 11am on Monday morning and have been waiting for 38 minutes in the parking lot. They open at 10am and none is here still. This is after we went to muscle shoals Boost and they couldn't even get their system to work there! Came here to get a phone, looks like we'll be switching carrier's sooner than expected. This service is pitiful
