Didn't do anything! It was super pricey, I did the diet, shots and pills. 8 weeks. Doctor was very cool but no weight was lost..

This was a terrible experience. I had a hard time finding the location, and the office staff neither provided directions when I made the appointment nor answered the phone when I called for clarification. I arrived SIX minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The waiting room was completely empty. The receptionist told me I had to reschedule. For SIX minutes. She wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. She couldn't give me an explanation for the reschedule except "that's what the doctor wants to do". She was rude and the refusal to see me was ridiculous. I did not reschedule and will find another doctor.

They need to find employees who can communicate! They make you an appt for one time, let you use a day off from work, and then tell you "Oh, we really like you to be here 15 mins early,. We'll have to reschedule you." Then either make the appointment for 15 mins earlier or TELL me you want me to be there 15 mins earlier. What a bunch of morons! If there service they provide is similar to their office staff's service, they SUCK!
