Historically when one fixture is nearing the end of its lifespan the others in the home are as well. When this happens, we do recommend replacement as to not waste your time and well-earned money to continue to make repairs that may not work or last a few days later. We do show where we installed a tankless water heater at your location over 15 years ago. Due to the age and efficiency he recommended replacing it. Not that it was not installed properly. We will work with the technician that was at your home to ensure he communicates properly in the future.

This is a reply to your comments on the review you left us. This is coming from Randy Lee, the owner. I'd like to say thank you for bringing your feelings up so they could be addressed. I can assure you that I am neither a liar, deceitful nor a scam artist. My proof to support that fact is that I have been in business for 28 years in our small tight community. The reason we have remained in business so long is because we always do the right thing. We get it right 97% of the time the first time we do stuff. We get it right 100% of the time when it goes wrong because we don't run or crawfish from the problem. We will follow through and make what was incorrect correct and more times than not we give a $100 gift card for your inconvenience to your favorite restaurant. I would love to take you to lunch or sit-down face to face to clear this matter up. One thing, I will provide you with the photos of the dirt, buildup, and mold on your duct and in your coil. Which includes the date and time stamps that they were taken. We will also provide you with the GPS reports of that the technician who was at your home when the photos were taken. That will clear up that you feel we showed you pictures of someone else's equipment. It was yours. Now, as far as the overall cost of the $12k that you are referring to. We feel as your professional that we inspect everything from start to finish to include what needs to be done for the most efficient operating cost and extending the lifespan of the equipment itself. It is not our place to tell you what you need or want, don't need, or want, or how much money to spend or not spend. We build all your options of different packages based around the findings of that day. These are just options that are available to you but as always, we give you your different options and what it takes with the exact investments and are always happy to do what you choose. Ultimately you choose what options you want or do not want. Now, I assure you I can build a package with builder grade equipment and no indoor air quality or duct sealing or repairs involved to maintain efficiency operations. Lower builder grade equipment means lower seer rating, higher operating costs and louder running equipment. That is what builders grade means. The price of $12k package covers the higher efficiency rating system which has a little more upfront cost but overall, over the span of the equipment a lower cost because the operating expense is lower due to efficiency. That builder grade option would be in the 5-6k range. Additional investment and options were to include the indoor air quality systems. What that system addresses changes the environment in your system to prevent the continued growth of mold and mildew, in addition it eliminates the dust and contamination build up that effects your fan motor, coils, all the inner guts of your system, maintaining a higher operating efficiency and extending the life of the system. In closing, I would really love to sit down over a biscuit, burger or cup of coffee to address all of your concerns personally. I truly feel that something was lost in translation of the intent of the conversations. We have been providing your service for over two years with about 14 visits to your home with total satisfaction until now. Like I said before I would like to sit down and clear this up.
