        Not pleased with Hansen Plumbing. The people were nice enough but $225 to put in a toliet. Dripped water on stairway carpet and used red shop rag to try to clean, leaving a red dye on carpet. The Manager did send a Carpet guy into clean the stairway but it did not come up. Not what I thought would be the results from a professional service.

        So glad to have found Hansen! My hot water heater burst and was flooding my laundry room. From the second I called my mind was put to ease with what I thought was a disastrous situation. Anna was so kind and got a plumber to my house in less than an hour. The guy that came was able to get me a new hot water heater that day plus a rebate from Spire. Thank you Hansen!
