Horrible service, incredibly aweful user interface and the most lack luster customer service on the planet! Please for the love of god go out of business

This is the worst cable company I have ever had. They are about a decade behind with their technology and equipment and it certainly shows. I am still waiting for voice recognition remotes like I had in Albuquerque 5 YEARS ago. Ridiculous! Ever since they “updated” the system almost 2 weeks ago now, nothing has worked properly. Half of our channels say they are not available, internet is out most of the day, and our home phone was out all day for no reason. When I finally talk to them to fix it they set an appt 5 days away. Since they have the cable monopoly here you are stuck with them or go dish and lose service when it rains... great choices.

You pay nearly $100 a month for spotty internet, you don't get the speeds promised and they raise the price by a dollar every few months so you go from paying 60 at the beginning to almost 90 for the exact same service and speeds. The people who come to set it up are kind and courteous, but I wouldn't suggest it if you have a family. The internet is usually fine for one person on one device but it starts to buffer when on three or more.
