    We made an appointment because we had somewhere to be. Showed up 5 mins early and werent helped until 15 mins after the appointment should have been. We were told they started helping customers right before we walked in and they arent usually this busy. You knew we were coming in though Whats the point of making an appointment if you dont honor the appointment time?

    Just became a spectrum customer in December. I am ALWAYS on top of my bills. I go in the store every month since Ive gotten service and pay my bill with cash. Well, 2 of my payments were not recorded in the system and now to get credit for the 2 payments that I KNOW I made.i have to show them receipts. Disappointed in how Im basically getting scammed out of money that I know I paid. Guess they think they can just tack on extra to people without them noticing.

    Jacob, thanks for all your patience and help tonight! He had a great attitude and he was here almost 4 hours. Our home had some older placements and wiring so he had to get up in the attitude. After he left, he also called and told us where to find the wifi if we couldn't find it, he wished us a great night. Just overall a calm, courteous guy. My fiance also appreciated him. Side note: customer service was very kind as well when I called earlier.
