Hello. Thank you for your feed back. I was reading what you have written concerning your charges. I looked back to try and find what room you were in so I can see where or why you were double charged. But i can explain how this works. On the day you arrive we do hold a authorization of 1 night stay to make sure that your card will not decline during your stay here. The reason for this is because, if it's a sold out night and your card is declining, we can cancel your room and sell it to the guest that walks in with a good card on file. In other words, If you decided to cancel at the last minute, you will have held up inventory that we could have sold 3 or more times to another guest. So when you arrive and insert your card, it will send the authorization that we held back to your card. The only transaction that we will then hold is however many nights you are staying & $25 incidentials. The incidentials we release at check out. The authorization & incidentials will all go back to your card in 5 to 7 business days. please check your bank and make sure you recieved all of your money back.
