Front desk people are very nice and understanding, it fair for the price I think. Housekeeping people are rude though, decent down fall. At least have the employees fake being nice.

***Housekeeper, Nita will wait for you to check out hanging outside your door and then complain to you that you left trash in the room. Let's get this straight. No dumpster visible and my trash was double bagged in black bags, She said you should leave outside your door. Working in the hotel business we don't do this as it's unprofessional and disgusting. I vacuumed, and stripped the beds while putting the towels in the sink. She is a disgrace and should go back to her country where she can run her mouth like that to polite respectful guests. Here in the States we don't put up with that trash talk. Find another job idiot! Choice Brand should start holding these Patel derelicts responsible for hotel standards and customer service. This hotel is garbage just like the housekeeper. If you read the reviews about this filth we can all agree it's time to fire your lazy housekeeper.*** NEGATIVES Bad Cheap Beds - kill your back. Owner outside walking around in sandals yelling in his language on his cell phone. He can be heard through the door. Extremely inconsiderate. Rooms.dirty. No Breakfast. Vending Machines Empty. No Do Not Disturb Signs Available. Ice Machine Empty. Clutter Equipment all around the property. No Laundry. Dirty Towels. Spots on all. Asked for fresh pillow and they had none. Smelly Unwashed Pillows. Brong Yours. Chlorinated Water - An Enterprise Issue. No Blankets - Just a Sheet and Decor Top Sheet. Property Areas Look Demoed. Clutter Inside. POSITIVES: Quiet. Clean Landscape. Close to Gym and Shopping. Good Location. Large Room. Good TV Channels. Nice Decor in Room. Bright Parking Lot and Rooms. Fridge and Microwave in Room Friendly Desk Staff, Bob and Prince do a wonderful job. Daily Housekeeping Friendly. Night Stand at Door. Cameras on Property. Couch in Room.

It was really awful here it had cockroachs running around some even dead in the bath tub like it was disgusting the sheets had staines even asked for clean sheets and they didnt have nothing to give us the guy was rude and this place needs to just shut down completely or something and got a full refund right away cause eww. Wish I took pictures of everything else but we had to leave cause you might have catch something staying there long enough and cant forget the smell of bad Oder in the room.

I usually have pretty good experiences with this hotel chain but this location leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest disappointment was my room my room looked dusty and dirty the window was dirty no chain or deadbolt on the door I even had a stranger walk in my room!! There was no instruction as far as exchange towels and no housekeeping staff knocked on my door during my stay to offer tile exchange and no instruction was given on how to do that on my day of check out to staff members come beating on the door they are very rude and said that I had to get out now My hotel I didn't itinerary said 12:00 noon but I was quickly informed that check out time at 11:00 I had been I need to go right now and they beat on the door every 5 to 10 minutes until we got our things packed and left Front desk group was very pleasant . No continental breakfast was available as it was listed on the description of amenities for this location. The bedding head burn holes in it. Stale aroma of smoke in the room Safety: There was no deadbolt on my door ,no chain to lock the door and someone even walked in my room. Food & drinks: There was no drink machine there was no ice machine there was no continental breakfast

The first room we were given had no remote for tv, when we got the tv on there was sound but no picture. There was no phone in order to call front desk so had to walk halfway through the motel to tell them about the tv. they placed us in a different room but I had to walk back to the old room and my husband and I had to walk back to the office before he would swap rooms. the couch in both rooms had horrible stains on the cushions and i was not about to sit on them. my husband went out to the store and when he returned he noticed on the window sill of the room next to us had a crack pipe sitting there in plain sight. the room was supposed to include breakfast but not sure where it was and attendant was no help at all. it was a smoking room however there were no ashtrays. there were holes in the curtain. in the morning my husband went to return the key and was greated with a very unfriendly attendant. the night attendant made zero effort in assisting us with where the room was located in the first place. after all the walking and changing of rooms i realized that the attendant was supposed to give us the log in for the wifi that was also to be included and was not going to walk back up to the office. i am 60 years old and disabled and my husband is 54 years. i have never been in a motel that did not have a phone for you to call front desk if needed. the blankets on the bed might as well have not been there they were so flimsy. the cleanliness needed great improvement. when checking out and making sure we had everything we for a marijuana roach in the drawer beside the bed. i understand that the price was cheaper than most but it needs to be said that you get what you paid for. i highly recommend not staying here.
