Had 1pm appointment for an oil change for 2023 F150. Truck went to service bay right on time. At 2:30pm, I checked on the status of my truck (I waited in their waiting area). Was told truck had been done for a while and cashier was supposed to have paged me but apparently never did. What an insane waste of my time. To add injury to insult, the tech did not even reset my oil life. This service was so terrible that I question if my oil was even changed and I am now making an appointment elsewhere to make sure it gets changed.
This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will most definitely never do business with Ed Sherling Ford again.
Wow. Just completely speechless...
