      image I dropped my mother's vehicle which they told her its an easy fix they'll be done with it by Friday. Vehicle was still sitting in the same spot and we kept getting the whole someone will get to you speech. We took it back home and will be taking it to an actual professional Ford dealership. No professionalism at all unless you are spending big money.
