Ive been a member for 2 years at this location. I had to cancel about 5 hours late due to work. They still charged the $60 late fee. They are corporate business and only care about their bottom line, not the customer. Mind you a few months prior to my cancellation they cancelled on me after I had already arrived to my appointment because they ran out of Microderm needles. I never received any compensation for my time that day. It is Just sad how businesses do not value their customers anymore.

The massage therapist was nice but they tell you its a 60 minute massage when really its only a 50 minute massage. I told the therapist Id be ready to undress in one minute but they waited a good 5-7 minutes. So I only got about a 40 minute massage. They dont tell you to come 10 minutes before the massage if youre a new customer so that was another thing. They did offer a membership but I turned it down just because Ive had better service elsewhere and I can get a full 60 minutes for the money I pay for rather than 50 minutes. They should make that clear for new customers that it wont be 60 minutes. Other than that, if you would like a subpar massage with shorter time then by all means come here.

Super friendly and patient. I'm not one that wanted a massage but left asking them to be my partner!
