        I had a site survey scheduled for Feb 9th. No one showed up and no one has called since. I have spoken with customer service 8 times since that day and they consistently state I will be called back sometime in the future for someone to reschedule. That has not happened and they also didnt seem to care that they didnt show up, like it was a slight inconvenience for wasting a four hour window of my day. It is apparent they do not care about customer service.
