        I have rented a Propane tank for several years. I canceled my account and they charged me over $$160 to come pickup their tank!!!! Ridiculous!!

        A fee for breathing essentially. Do not go with this company if you like your money. Ridiculously expensive. 5+ a gallon and a tank fee every year that adds another 150$.

        They charge double the national avg.! Its 2.00 to 2.75 a gallon and they are charging 5.10 a gallon!

        Not good. Iv used Ferrell Gas for years. But I'm done.. Iv got on Camera Gas man going to my tank hooked up for 1 Min. Then unhooked and went back to truck amd left.. 3 mins total from wjen he backed in amd pulled out. Never left my copy of tank fill. I wasn't at home when I ordered Gas because of there prediction of percentage in tank. When I did get home amd checked. I had 70% I didn't call amd cancel order.. I figured they not put any in or just top off.. when he left the next day and I got video notifications that he's was there. I seen.. it went from 70 to 75%... only a minute at tank. I got a bill next day saying he put almost 138 gallons in tank.. saying I was at 54% I called twice amd complained.. The second time I called. I told women on other end that no one has tried to contact me to see video. She said she was sending it to mutable people. Still I hears nothing.. I paid bill. I worked hard for my credit. Not gonna let a crook ruin it... would have costed me more on my lower then to pay..like I said. He never closed out my open ticket until he put thar Gas somewhere else. Then closed it out amd I got crazy charge. ILL BE DAM IF I USE FERRELL GAS AGAIN... I'll go all electric and pay that crazy price per kilowatt before I use them again...P.S. from where Gas truck has to park. He has to pull gas hose over 50 feet to get to my tank..3 mins now. To clear out old gallon usage. Pull hose. Both ways. Hook to tank then and clime back in his truck. 3 MINUTES..
