I do not recommend this office. I had used Decatur OBGYN for years. Was seeing Dr. McCloud the last few years. Needed a refill on meds until they could see me. Her nurse was SO incredibly rude to me. She didn't state her name of course. I will not be back! Changed doctors to one in Cullman AL. The front desk and doctors need to get on the same page about available appointments. Very unprofessional.

I was really nervous to start coming here because of all the 1 star reviews, but honestly this place is amazing! I've only been twice and they treat me like I'm family when I come in. Pam at the front desk is one of the sweetest people I have ever talked to and she always has a smile on her face. Dr McCloud is very kind and the ultrasound techs were extremely friendly and kind to me even with my 4 year old running around acting like a chicken with his head cut off. Definitely give them a chance after reading bad reviews because you may have a great experience like me!

My experience here has been awful most of the doctors are nice but McCloud is a rude she doesnt listen and pushes different birth control so many times I had a horrible hormonal imbalance. The office staff is joke they never pay any attention one lady called me and scheduled a appointment for me on Friday at 2:30 they are only open till 11:30 on Friday. They constantly reschedule appointments and are rude when you ask why they told me they left messages and didnt. I was told by one of the nurses on the phone that I was fine when I had not felt my baby move in my 9th month of pregnancy that I was just anxious and didnt need to come in. This is a poor excuse for a medical practice.

They have very bad service in front desk talk some one every one came out and look at the patient look they did something wrong then called from the Physician didnt provide Ed Speak the language of the patient I dont recommend it
