        Ive been to Dr. Beck for all my annual check ups. This go around I received a bill in the mail for $50. I call my insurance BCBS because they normal cover all preventative care. No co pay. Nothing. Im shocked to find out after contacting Dr Becks billing office that they are now charging for the tools used. So the plastic speculum and cotton swabs are not covered under insurance and its the doctors office charging $50 for that. Luckily, Ive found other doctors that dont charge for that and Ill be transferring there.. anything to get a buck! Love Dr Beck but thats crazy to charge for tools used.

        I saw Jessica Spangler today. She was remarkable. She listened intently, was helpful, patient, compassionate and professional. Her Nurse took all my health info, listened to symptoms, was compassionate and professional. The Lab Tech was great, as well. The office staff was kind and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or like "just a number". It was an amazing visit at an awesome office. Thank you!

        My earlier complaints (change of address with no notice given to me, no call back for 3 days to reschedule appointment and being treated as if the office just didnt care) were immediately addressed both here and by calling me personally. I appreciate being taken seriously and being a valued patient. I went to my rescheduled appointment today and was treated kindly and professionally by all involved. I thank you all. And I appreciate Dr Beck as she is a fine doctor.

        Literally the worst care I have ever received from an office every appt they were disorganized and then blamed me for saying I was rude when I was more frustrated that my spots were being cancelled and now I have been discharged not even a week post op because they didnt like me and basically told I could figure it out after having surgery complications would never recommend them to anyone and Ive had two kids literally worst care I have ever received DO NOT EVER use this office.
