I am posting this on google because Bed Bath and Beyond wont post it on their website. They send me emails to change it. Well you cant change the truth. This in no way reflects on the rug it was great! This is about Bed Bath and Beyonds service, company reactions, the service, response time and their polices. Following is exactly what I tried to post. Description incorrect and still no refund First in description it says grey/black on ivory. No-where does it say it has yellow and gold in it. Also it says 8'x10' again incorrect it is only a 7'9"x 10'. I returned the rug and Bed Bath and Beyond has had it since May 6, 2021 and it is now May 20th and I still have not received my refund. I will never order from them again. This is my first and only time to order online from them. So disappointed!!! Finally I have spoken with Maheer my third attempt at getting refund and he is the only one that sent me a confirmation email. I think he will get me a refund in 2-3 days. So it will be shy of a few days in being a month in receiving a refund from bed bath and beyond. I really will be happy to be able to purchase another rug. Update: I will finally have my money June 1st just shy of one month.

Liked to look around while it is still around at Decatur Mall & seeing a lot of good stuff in the store.
