        I live in Washington State, Flowers excetera is in Daphne, Alabama. I ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine's Day. I ordered the night before online, after store operating hours, not sure if the order could be fulfilled due to holiday demands. They called the following morning and got everything set and delivered on time. There were some special concerns on my part as my Mom lives in a Memory Care Home, and they made sure everything was completed. Great service!

        Mother’s Day delivery. I ordered a certain type of flower and they called the next morning and explained that their shipment did not arrive but they could make a nice arrangement anyway. I went with it and my mother said it was the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever received. Excellent customer service and beautiful flowers. AAA+++
