My Mom (Barbara from California) brother and sister ordered flowers and a plant to be delivered to our store congratulating us on our grand opening! The flowers and plant were all fresh, beautiful and enjoyed by all on our opening weekend! Thank you so much! My mom isnt able to leave a review on her own but she said she was very pleased with everything and called the shop this morning to let them know. These folks are awesome and have always done amazing with my last minute requests and deliveries. They have incredible skill in flower arrangements and take care of their customers. As a business owner and individual I highly recommend this company for all of your special days and occasions they are great!!

I have used them for the past two years for Valentines Day. Flowers are nice, but when I called to get an estimated delivery time so I could make sure someone was at home to get them the employee got frustrated and rudely answered they are on a delivery truck and would be there before dark, and promptly hung up. I understand it is a busy day, however, the call wasnt handled professionally. Really disappointing that a call from a customer would cause so much frustration. Apparently I was placed on hold, but no one told me I was being placed on hold nor was there any music or tone to suggest I was on hold. Again I appreciate the flowers and the work that went into them, just disappointed in the customer service.
