I came in about 15 minutes before closing (my bad) to switch over from Sprint to T-Mobile, yeah I know and they wouldn't do it and told me to come back another time. They offered to make an appointment but I had no idea when I would be back that way as I live in Foley.

Wonderful store, and just as wonderful staff. Trevor has went above and beyond to take care of us any time we had an issue. Give that boy a raise!

I came here because of the good reviews and I didnt want to mess my order up if I did it online.. well I probably would have done a better job doing it myself. The kid who placed my order managed to not cancel the first order he messed up on and my update got all messed up. Even the 1800 number said the worker should have canceled his mistake. I got two different iPhones in the mail at different times. I explained to the manager Kirk or curt what happened and he was not apologetic or understanding. I asked for a credit for the inconvenience because of the huge mess and now I had to do more work because the manager obviously doesnt train his employees properly. He said he would try and I never heard back or received anything. I wish the district manager Would contact me.
