Zippy Shell helped make our moving experience much easier! This is the best solution if you are needing movers or short term storage for your items during a transition. They are eager to help and super responsive. The show up on time and take great care of your items. Highly recommend!

Aweful experience all around. When Zippy Shell delivered the container to my departing address, they accidently sent two trailers. One from Atlanta and one from Birmingham, AL. The customer service agent could not confirm which trailer to be used. I forgave them for this under condition that they would let me insure my goods (they initially told me I could not do this after signing contract, but I insisted bc I didn't trust them to not screw this up on deliver to next city.) I had lost confidence in them, and it was appropriately so. Upon delivery, I requested 3 potential days. I only had 1 day I could actually be at the destination as I am in medical residency and do not have many free days. In GA, they do not deliver on weekends, so it was already narrowed down to Monday-Friday. Turned out the customer service agent forgot to formally submit my requests. Several days later I called to see what was going on and he simply said they forgot to submit my request, and would have to submit a new one. No help, no apologies, and was completely unprofessional about the situation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
