Nicole from store 24618 was absolutely AMAZING! She showed me the unit and we had so many giggles!! Im so glad she was able to get me the unit I was looking for!! Best representative I have met thus far!

I was that customer that showed up 40 minutes before the office closed. However, Nikki did great customer service and understanding. She was knowledgable and got me out right before closing. I got the unit I needed. Thank you!!

Nicole was very courteous and helpful. I stopped by wanting to see the sizes of different units and she was able to give me a little tour. Was initially going to shop around but decided on a unit right there on the spot. Thank you Nicole!

Never ever will be coming back. Paid every bill. I got to clean out my unit they changed the lock on it & then told me I had to pay a lock smith to open it when they changed it, not me!!!! Called every one I could call couldnt get the problem resolved. Open to lock myself but will never use this storage place again. They need to use the money they collect to fix the office and other units instead of being greedy.
