Such a cute store! The plants are very well priced for the beauty and condition theyre in. Super helpful staff that will educate you on each plants specific needs, and I personally LOVE their plant food!!

Going here is a must, whether you shop in person or online! Not only are there knowledgeable people, but above and beyond customer service. They really have good people who care. Heres my story on how this business practiced kindness from an out-of-town customer perspective. I am an out-of-state customer. I ordered online from the Birmingham store. They offer shipping on some plants, but not all and I happened to find a plant that I fell in love with, and that particular plant did not offer shipping, so I found a friend who would help me ship it. I purchased it online, the business kindly held it until my friend went to pick it up. But frankly, life happens and she had a really hard day/week that I wasnt aware of at the time and one of the first people she interacted with was an employee at the store, Blake, who would help her pick up the order from the store. Blake noticed that my friend was having a really tough day and he treated her with such kindness and told her not to worry about shipping the plant he told her he would take care of shipping it instead! I wouldve totally understood if he couldnt ship it (its a pretty wide plant), but coordinating with Blake was seamless and easy! He was so nice about the situation! When my friend told me about what happened, I was absolutely floored to hear how amazing he was with her AND he was going to still help ship it! Thank you for being human; thank you for practicing kindness. Businesses have rules and, as customers and supporters, we should understand and respect those; if you dont, go elsewhere. But it was wonderful to hear this story because it shows that things DO happen and as a business how do you react and what do you do? and sometimes if it helps someone feel less overwhelmed, or if you do something because it brings joy to someone else, you can really make an impact on their day. Blake made a positive impact on her day by noticing that something was wrong and that he could do some thing to make it better. He is also bringing me joy by hearing how well he took care of my friend, and by sending the plant himself. Botanical and Blake thank you for being kind to my friend and myself! I look forward to receiving my plant and shipping was fast and cheap! It was mailed on a Wednesday and expected to arrive this Friday! Youve gained some customers and I look forward to ordering more plants in the future from your store. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place. Their selection is healthy and luscious. The employees are always so kind and thoughtful. I can't recommend this place enough!
