Woerner is a great place to go for all of your landscaping needs. Ive gotten pallets of grass, several pallets of stone cinderblock over the years. Ive must have Botton a dozen trees and two dozen bushes and a ton of other stuff and every Time I have been there the service was always excellent. I had some issues with ordering too much stone and I had to return a pallet and he was happy to do it on the last order of stones they were supposed to send one of the trees that was there waiting to be delivered and they forgot it, so Scott, the manager brought it out personally, I will never go anywhere else. Best landscape supply business in Birmingham!

I was disappointed in Landon Cunninghams short and disinterested response to me today in person and later on the phone. His response did not match my experience in May and June having had 3 deliveries of stones and sand each for under $500. Oh well. Life is short. Ken

Top notch customer service! Purchased 6 rolls of pine straw last week. I had some issues with the quality so I took 4 rolls back for return. Not only was there no problem with the return but the manager came out and checked another trailer that had not been opened yet and found some better rolls. They had already credited my card for the 4 returned rolls but he gave me some replacement rolls and would not allow me to pay for them. You don't see that very often.
