My husband and I sat out with a list of stores to visit as we shopped for a new mattress. We visited the Brook Highlands Sleep Outfitters store not expecting to actually make a purchase because we felt the prices would be more than we wanted to spend. We worked with Mandy. She demoed a few beds making certain to explain each in detail. When we mentioned budget, she shared information about their current promotion and immediately began brainstorming about items that would meet our budget and our comfort level actually locating one item at a different store. We were impressed with her knowledge of inventory not only in her store but in others. This was very convenient as we were shopping in a distracted state because in addition to needing a mattress, we were dealing with a family death. Mandy worked around our schedule, showed empathy, answered or sought answers to our questions and ensured that we had all the information needed to make an informed decision. We took the information home and waited for her to ensure that all items were in stock and could be delivered when needed. She was able to get everything aligned and we had our new bed delivered and set up within two days. Needless to say, we never made it to the other stores on our list - there was no reason to. Mandy means business. We appreciate her so much. She is one of the most patient and hard-working salespersons that I have met in a long time. She went above and beyond to get us the right bed at the right price. Some of the process was quite daunting but she never wavered in her efforts to ensure that we were completely satisfied. When challenges like delivery dates, etc appeared, Mandy remained focused and professional and did what it took to deliver satisfaction. She was professional and reassuring throughout the somewhat frustrating process. She is an example of what true customer service should be. After working with her, I feel like we conducted so much more than a business transaction. I feel like she's someone that I will always remember, appreciate and recommend. Thanks, Mandy

When I decided to purchase a new mattress, the selections seemed a bit daunting. But Amanda's knowledge guided me effortlessly through the process, to the point where I found the perfect mattress and base to fit both my sleep habits as well as my budget. Thanks, Amanda!
