The team at the Kay Jewelers in Brookwood Mall were a wonderful help and so patient while designing an upgraded ring for me. Excellent service and seemingly unlimited options for even the pickiest bride. If we ever upgrade again, this is where I'll go, hands down!

I had a great experience there today 12/11/19 as usual. I dont know why I even attempted to go to any other Kays because they dont have anything and they will basically harass you to buy something. However, Ive never had that experience at Brookwood. The ladies are always helpful, nice, and they dont harass you (which is a plus, because If I feel like youre pressuring me I will walk out and not purchase anything.) Brookwood always have a great selection of jewelry and great customer service. And I am one of those people who wants to buy something but dont know what aka the complicated, undecided shopper. Today a young girl name Chariot helped me trade my old ring and pick a new one I wanted to give my mom for Christmas. She was guided by the of the mangers, I didnt get her name. But she was a cute middle age black woman. They suggested things to help me make a decision and I purchased my moms gift and actually felt good about it. (Unlike when I purchase something at other Kays and end up returning it LOL). Thanks for helping me today and keep up the good work. Soon you guys soon !!!
